bidang prasarana jalan dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan wilayah dan kelancaran distribusi barang dan jasa.<\/li><li>Mengembangkan infrastruktur Pekerjaan Umum di bidang permukiman untuk ,mewujudkan perumahan dan permukiman yang layak huni dan produktif.<\/li><li>Melaksanakan penataan ruang wilayah provinsi NTT yang nyaman dan berkualitas.<\/li><li>Melaksanakan pembinaan bangunan gedung yang memenuhi standar keselamatan dan keamanan bangunan<\/li><li>Memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pembangunan bidang Pekerjaan Umum yang diselenggarakan secara transparan.<\/li><li>Menciptakan iklim yang kondusif dan kompetitif bagi dunia usaha jasa konstruksi untuk berperan aktif dalam pembangunan,<\/li><li>Mewujudkan Survei, Evaluasi dan pengendalian prasarana dan sarana dasar yang handal, yang berorientasi pada kewilayahan dengan memperhatikan karakteristiknya untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera, berkualitas dan partisipatif dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan.<\/li><li>Meningkatkan
